Christmas Concert Dates

Good morning.

Please see below the dates & times for our upcoming Christmas concerts. All concerts will take place in the KS2 hall unless otherwise stated and parents are asked to queue outside these doors before each performance.

Thursday 12th December 

AM Nursery 9.15am (in KS1 Hall)

Reception 2.00pm (in KS1 Hall)

Friday 13th December 

PM Nursery 2.00pm (in KS1 Hall)

Rockets

For parents of pupils in Rockets, you will be asked to sign up to one of the dates below. Please indicate your preference with Rockets staff on the door as you drop off your child in the mornings.

Session 1: Friday 13th December 9.15am

Session 2: Monday 16th December 9.15am

For Rockets performances, please queue at the main office and a member of staff will take you to the classroom.

Due to health and safety regulations, as this is a whole year group performance, only 2 places can be given to each child. On the door, you will be asked to give the name of the child you are here to see.

With this in mind, it would be appreciated if babies and toddlers did not attend these performances due to the limited space. We appreciate that not all may be able to make alternative arrangements for younger siblings so you will be asked to find seating towards the back of the hall where we can accommodate some pushchairs and where you can easily step outside should little ones become restless so that the performance of pupils on stage is not disrupted.

May I also remind you that we will not be able to allow parents to stand around the edges of the halls where there are fire exit doors. Parents will be encouraged to remain seated.
