At Stow Heath Primary School, our PSHE and RSE curriculum develops pupils’ interests and curiosity about our community and other parts of the world. We want our pupils to grow up to be respectful and responsible members of society. We want pupils to gain an understanding of their rights and responsibilities as well as what it means to be a tolerant citizen of a varied society. By making a good contribution to school life and the larger community, we enable pupils to grow in their sense of value and belonging. Our goal is to develop lifelong learners who are capable of managing their emotions, forming healthy relationships, and forming positive beliefs, values, and attitudes.

We include the statutory Relationships and Health Education within our whole-school PSHE Programme and other areas of the curriculum such as Science, Computing, Physical Education and Design and Technology.
