We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to school this week.
The entrance point for KS2 pupils will be the gates next to the staff car park on Hill Road. There is a path that runs alongside the classrooms from which pupils will enter their classrooms. All classroom doors have been labelled so that pupils know which door to enter.
Parents will be permitted to follow the one way path but we kindly ask that parents not to congregate along the classroom doors, along the path and around school gates. This new system will take time to settle and will require patience. The expectations for arrival and exit times are rigorous and very different to pre-lockdown when parents were welcome to come and wait in the school playground. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.
Appointments to speak to class teachers and leaders have to be made via the school office and will be conducted by telephone for the time being. In order to minimise risk, parents/ carers are not allowed into school without prior notice.
We have staggered the start and end times of these year groups to limit the congestion along this route and so we ask for your support in keeping to these times:
