From Monday 30th November 2020, the way in which payments are made to breakfast club is changing.
Once you have logged into Sims pay you will need to select Wraparound care, then breakfast club.
Book which days you require and make payment, it adds it up for you. If it flashes red this means you are in arrears and need to make a payment. Your child will not be allowed to attend if the account is in arrears. New charge is £2.00 per day.
If you have selected a day and find that you no longer need it, it is your responsibility to log back into Sims pay to amend your account. Once the day has passed, you will not be able to change the attendance and you will be charged.
Your account needs to be up to date on the existing breakfast club. If you are in credit this will be moved to the new account. Parents who are in arrears will have to bring the account up to date. This new way means that you can see at a glance what day your child has attended and what payments have been made.
The office will no longer be printing barcodes for you to pay at post office etc.
If you have never logged on to register, you will need an invitation code. Please contact the office to request a code. A step-by-step guide to register on Sims pay can be found on our website once you have a code.
We urge all parents to log on to register. All payments and registrations for school clubs etc. are made via Sims pay.
You will receive a text when the new system is active so that you can book and pay for attendance for the week commencing Monday 30th November 2020.
